Tracy in addition to residential listing is also a Commercial Realtor and features her listings with LoopNet and other commercial websites. Tracy has recently opened her brokerage firm. One in the Charlotte Metro Region and the other at the beach Brunswick County. In addition to her busy career, Tracy is very involved in the community. She served as a past President of Concord Afton Sunset Rotary and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity as well. Every year Tracy runs the 10K in Kannapolis to support Special Olympics. Tracy has been a proud sponsor of Aislinn's Wish Foundation for the past 8 years, supporting them to find a cure for Sanfilippo. Tracy was honored by being chosen as a TV consultant for HGTV's show "Property Virgins," offering her expertise on the Carolina real estate market. Tracy is looking to expand her team in the hopes of doubling her business in the upcoming year. Inspired by her recent foray into television, she is also looking to branch out, taking on a more public role when it comes to educating people about the industry that she loves.
